Theres going to be 24 of us in total (14 adults & 10 kids!), so no doubt most of my time will be spent entertaining the kids and relaxing by the pool with some fine wine & cheese, looking at the glorious view of the Millau Viaduct. |

7. Christ, did you... did you see the streets, just the streets? There were thousands of them! Then how you do it down there, how do you choose just one... one woman, one house, one landscape to look at, one way to die...?

Been a busy week, went karting and got sprayed with champagne for what I like to call "tactical rubbing", but apparantly its against the rules to collide with other cars ...especially in the pit lane :>)

Watched more BSG with ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) ailsa_chan, its bleak but good. Apparatly we get to see inside a base star soon ...I hope there made of meat too!
Participated in the Sci-Fi Quiz ...despite our fine performance on Pr0n-Fi (Space 1999: Spread-eagled), our team came second, we was beaten by geeks :>) ...I was particularly impressed with lawfulstupid use of power point.
Went to London for the weekend for a friends birthday and to see his new kid. He's mad keen on planes so went to the RAF Hendon museum, which was suprisingly big and FREE. Then tucked into some fine nosh at Oriental City. |

Went to Ralph & Sues firework party at the weekend, which is usually the highlight of the year with a big bonfire and lots of lovely fireworks and ending with the traditional drunk pictionary. Unfortunately whilst enjoying the embers of the fire I was viciously assulted and my hair shaved by guru_bob, much to the enjoyment of the onlooking crowd. Apart from Andys kid Simon, who despite beating me up earlier, was now protecting me and crying about it ...awww, so sweet! Anyway heres the outcome:

Competed in the Bath Dragon Boat race again on Saturday, it ended in a repeat of last years final, with us, 'Dribble Dragons', against the '17 Amigos'. However this time we WON! Huzzah!

The Dribble Dragon is named after yours truly, and even has his own website, which my 'colleagues' created and have only just given me access too ...bastards :>)
